Hudson expressed her desire to connect with all her siblings and have a grand Thanksgiving or Christmas gathering where they could all sit together and share a meal. Despite never having met all 26 of her siblings, the singer’s family-oriented nature led her to seek out her father, whom she affectionately referred to as Sam, in hopes of uniting the scattered family.
Initially, Jennifer was aware of only two siblings – Jason and Julia – who were shared between her late mother and father. Tragically, her mother and brother were later killed in a devastating incident in 2008.
